1. Go to System Administrator responsibility --> Profiles --> System
2. Change profile Export MIME type to application/x-msexcel.
3. Then clear the OA Framework cache.
To clear the OA Framework cache :
1. Go to Functional Administrator responsibility --> Core Services --> Framework Caching --> Global Configuration
2. Click Clear All Cache
3. Click Yes
