Creating a User, Request Group and Responsibility

Creating User:
-------------------
1)switch to system administrator responsibility
2)go to security
->user
-> define

1)give user name
2)give password for 2 times
3) attach responsibilities
4) save the transaction

exit from the application
1)login with the user you created
2) it request to change password
3) enter old password
4)enter new password
5) select the responsibility

2)creating request group
---------------------------
go to security
->responsibility
->request
-> 1) enter request group name
2) enter any application
3)save the transaction
4)exit

3)creating responsibility:
--------------------------
goto security
-> responsibility
->define -> give responsibility name
2)select any application
3)enter uniqu responsibility key
4)select standard data group
5)select any application
6)select any menu
7)select request group you created.
8)save the transaction
9)exit

4) attaching the responsibility to your user:

1) GOTO security
-> uesr
-> define

-> query your user and attach the responsibility
save the transaction
exit
