Steps
1. Enter a Bank Account number in Account Number field.
2. Click on New button to create bank statement.
3. It will open Bank Statement screen.

Bank Statements screen is basically used to enter bank statement manually.

1. Account Number : Enter desired bank account number.
2. Statement Number: Enter Bank Statement Number.
3. Payments : Enter Payment amount
4. Receipt : Enter Receipt amount
5. Opening Balance : Enter Opening Balance amount
6. Click on Lines Button to enter bank Statement lines

Steps:
7. Line: The line number provided by the bank. If the bank does not provide line numbers,
you can enter line numbers in a sequence.
8. Type: The transaction type:
· Payment: Payments, such as generated or recorded checks, wire transfers, and
electronic funds transfers.
· Receipt: Receipts, such as received checks, direct debits, and bills of exchange.
9. Enter code as “R” in case of receipt and “P” in case of payments.
10. Number: Give Check number for the Payment/Receipt.
11. Transaction Date: The date the transaction cleared the bank. The default is the statement
date.
12. Amount: The amount of the transaction, in the bank account currency.
13. Save the transaction and close the screen
